At Limitless Data, our plans are designed for customers who prefer to use their own devices. Here's a breakdown of how our services work:
1. **Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):** We operate on a BYOD model. If you have an existing phone, we can either send you a SIM card or, if your phone supports ESIM, you can activate our service instantly without any wait.
2. **Phone Purchase:** We do not offer phones for sale. Additionally, you cannot opt for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) through us. Any phone you wish to use with our service must be paid for in full and unlocked before activation.
3. **Membership and Equipment Setup:** Upon joining Limitless Data, you become the owner of a membership. Note, however, that you do not own the account. We charge a one-time setup fee that includes the cost of the necessary equipment.
4. **Monthly Service Fee:** As a member, you will be responsible for paying a monthly service fee, which covers the administration of your account.
5. **Cancellation Policy:** You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription anytime without any hassle.
If you're considering switching to Limitless Data, all you need is a compatible, unlocked phone, and we’ll take care of the rest to ensure a seamless transition to our service.
No, Limitless Data does not provide phone insurance, nor can you purchase it through T-Mobile as part of our services. However, we recommend considering insurance options from providers like Square Trade Phone Insurance (https://www.squaretrade.com/)or Akko Phone Insurance.(https://deals.getakko.com/signup/phone-protection-6/?ftm_source=google-jsm&ftm_medium=cpc&ftm_campaign=Branded-Broad&ftm_placement=-&ftm_term=e-akko%20phone%20insurance&ftm_network=search-g&ftm_content=689293086622-&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI9tWQjor6hwMVuDUIBR29dC6SEAAYASAAEgIEKPD_BwE)
Yes, you can port in your old phone number from your previous cell phone provider to Limitless Data. To do this, we require the following information:
- Account Number from your previous provider
- Account Security Code (or Port Out Password if your carrier requires it to port out)
- Name and Address on the Account
Please note that while you are the owner of the membership at Limitless Data, you do not own the account.
If you wish to cancel your service with Limitless Data and switch to another provider, we will be happy to assist you with the process. To port your phone number to your new provider, you will need your account number and password. Simply message us via the chat link located in the bottom right corner of our webpage, or contact us directly at 855-445-9434.
Please note that while you are the owner of the membership tied to your account, the account itself is owned by Limitless Data.
