You are the owner of the membership, however, you don’t own the account. The only fee we charge is for the setup of the equipment. The equipment is included with the setup fee.  When becoming a member you are responsible for paying for your monthly service that covers the administration of your account. You may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime by simply contacting us to cancel and we never charge any cancellation fees since there is no contract.

Each color represents one of the three major cellular carrier networks. Therefore, the primary difference between each plan is the coverage each network provides. The best approach is to choose the cheapest plan option that has coverage at your location. Our 14-Day Return Policy (Excluding BYOD Plans) is designed so you can test a plan at your location and return if it does not perform well.

WILL THE ROUTER / HOTSPOT WORK INTERNATIONALLY?

This service is strictly for use in the USA

The speeds of all of our routers / hotspots depend entirely on several key factors.
1) How close are you to a cell tower in your area?
2) What type of connection and antennas does the tower have?
3) How much network congestion does the tower have?

We have members getting over 90+ MBPS from those who are closer to a cell tower with LTE+ (Advanced), all the way down to 5 MBPS who are too far from the cell tower that corresponds to their plan. Therefore, you’ll want to pick the best carrier membership plan that has the strongest LTE or 5G signal where you are located to ensure the fastest speeds possible.

 

If your service is slower than expected or you don't have any connection at all you may return the equipment within 14 days for a full refund on the equipment and a prorated refund for the service (Excluding BYOD Plans). If you received no service than you will be refunded in full.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT? CREDIT CHECK? ARE THESE REALLY MONTH-TO-MONTH PLANS?

All of our plans require no contracts or credit checks! Yes, these are month to month plans. Each payment pre-pays for your next 30 days of membership. You may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime by simply emailing or calling us to cancel. Additionally, our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee allows you to try our service at No Risk! If the service does not meet your needs in any way, simply return the device within 14 days of receipt for a complete refund of your entire order! (Excluding BYOD Plans)

We recommend going onto your phone, disconnecting the Wi-Fi than going to the website speedtest.net and click go to run a test.

This will show you what kind of speed your cellular provider has in your home. The speeds on the speed test should be similar to what you will be getting on your equipment for your home if you choose a plan from our website that is the same as your phones cellular provider.
